1.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the sealing characteristics of the vacuum machine, there is a certain distance requirement between the sealing edge and the bag mouth, so you must choose the appropriate size according to the size of the product and the requirements of the machine when you buy; it is recommended that the length of the filling amount is not the same when vacuuming. It is better to exceed 3/4 of the bag. For example, a small vacuum machine needs no less than 4cm to vent the nozzle, and a large commercial machine needs a sealing distance no less than 3cm.
